What is the largest blades a caliber 30 can take without bogging a TT .39? I had read that people were overspeeding 550s with this motor and was thinking of going with 570s or 580s if there is enough tail rotor clearance.

I doubt you will be able to pull much over 10 deg each way with 550 and 30% in the TT39 and overspeed because of excess power. My OS 32 can pull 9 deg each way and almost keep the head at 1850.
