| well having now gotten to the stage where i can fly my hummingbird v1-v3 combo pretty ok(tail in) with no panic in the small garden i thought i would get a bit of height...i got upto about 15-20 feet and she was hovering lovely..then it happened.
the mother of all spins, she came down like a spinning top, smashed both the v3 plastic skids, battery came out on landing, canopy off, rotor head popped off, rear boom guard broke too..the bit of wind i was so nicely hovering into sent her spinning sideways into the ground
the damn pinion had come off my new century tail motor, man that was only the 2nd pack thru it,anyone else had this happen?,im not a happy bunny.
now im grounded until i can buy new parts(the v3 skids were brand new 2 packs ago )
is there any other motors that will fit or where can i buy pinions?
im in the uk.
