| Gosh, I hope thats a joke. Its a 50 sized heli, please fly it somewhere safe. Being electric is not safer, just more quiet. I dont see people flying Raptor 50s in their driveways, streets, or neighborhood parks too often..
|
No joke. Got one fellow at least once a week spooling up his Raptor 60 in the middle of the street with some floating around thrown in. Cars parked on the side and everything. Normal neighbourhood. Go figure.

| Hmm, I don't see many Swifts/eRaptors/Logo 14s etc flying around my neighbourhood park, driveways, yards so why would I see T-Rex 600s flying there?
|
Why? Most of us know what a 50-sized heli is and what it is capable of. This doesn't ring true with an individual flyer who is new to the hobby and only owns a Trex 450. Like I've said already, I personally know many adults whom are new to the hobby and pre-purchased the Rex600 with the belief that it is just like their little 450 with the only difference of it being slightly larger. And yes, they will fly it in their backyards and in the small schoolyards.

| Why are you guys comparing the T-Rex 450 to 600?
|
We aren't. Others, who do not know much about heli's, nor forums for that matter ARE comparing the 450 to the 600.

| The 600 was never meant to replace 450. It's like owning a motorcycle and a car. They ARE different.

Who do you think Align's target market is ?
Trex450 owners.
I will be buying a V2 when it comes out and will most likely encourage my friends to do the same, once they see and realize what the Rex600 actually is. Not a little micro, but a full-fledged large heli.
One this is for certain, this is going to be one SWEET@SS heli.
... But honey it was only $$$ |
