| anyone out there working on a BK117 size 60. I am attempting to restore a BK117 size 60 that had been previously damaged and was purchased without electronics. seller has disappeared as well. It has a 4 blade rotor head on it . It has an OS 60 engine and xcell mechanics.
I could use some assistance and guidance.
please don't write saying get rid of this or that, I need help restoring what I have.
AND, for those of you who are thinking "should have bought new" ! you could not be more right. This is the last damaged Helo partially stripped that I will ever have. guift or purchase. To those of you who are thinking you are getting a "deal" if you do buy damaged or stripped, you will be shocked at what you are going to pay to bring it back to flyable condition.......................go buy new!!!!!!!
Hint........ if you find it on e-bay and it says "all you need is a transmitter, reciever and servo's and go fly....and,...... trust me, it has never been crashed". Run screaming off into the night find yourself a homeless person and give them the money, it will do more good. do not bid on this monster...........it will consume you. |
