The AVANT EFX manual makes no mention of the black rubber grommets in the mounting holes. I assume the hirobo ones are needed? Can someone confirm this before I order? thanks!

Yeah it uses the stock Hirobo ones that come with the hirobo kit.

Go to Radio shack and get a small collection of grommets for about $1 or something. I think they come in different sizes also.
