Havenīt tried this yet because havenīt received the parts (for the new GR), but how hard is to changed the GR of the AVANT once it is completely finished?

Need sort of tips to look before starting with the change!!

Location: 10000 is enough time wasted.

you pop the 3 links at the swashplate.
you remove 2 screws at the bottom of the auto hub.

lift out the mainshaft/head/gears

remove 6 screws to release the big gear.

Changing the pinion is a bigger deal involving dropping the
engine (landing gear, side doubler, fanshroud, engine mount)

It's not to bad

Depending on what gear ratio you have chosen. you may or may not have to rotate the mainshaft, and tail counter shaft bearing blocks 180 degrees. and you may have to add a m4 washer as a spacer between engine mount and engine. chet
