I have the belt drive system for the tail rotor. I too have some hunting issues. I want to order the 21 tooth timing pully from https://sdp-si.com/eStore/ but they have a $50.00 minimum and the pully is $10.50 So I would like to order a few belts....but I dont have a clue as to what size. Help! Anyone have a part number for that?

There's no minimum order from SDP. But I see the 21-tooth pulley (A 6N16-021DF1208) is out of stock at the moment. If you have time you can count the grooves on the belt like I did, but here are the part #s that I've ordered from SDP ... For stock set up: 498 groove (A 6Z16-498012). For elevated tail: 548 groove (A 6Z16-548012) -- though 546 is probably what Matt uses for elevated tail.

I have the regular carbon fiber tube, not the elevated tail. I was going to order just the one pulley and wanted to check out and it did say $50.00 minimum for credit card. I will lookinto the belts further. Thanks Bob!!!!
