| Greetings group,
I am taking a break from sanding my new Sig Mini Boss flight box. It was kind of a "Happy Birthday to me" present a couple of weeks ago. As my old original flight box of 12 years is showing it's age and been glued/screwed back together numerous times, I decided on this new offering from Sig.
The construction was really quick. Parts fit was excellent, (laser cut). I like the configuration, and the removable battery/starter compartment really sold me on the design.
So, now I am finishing the sanding part, (ugh!) and trying to decide on a finish. What would be a good durable, fuel-proof, and easy to apply finish for this? I would imagine a good satin polyurethane, but I am not familiar with the various brands available. Please add brand names and sources to all suggestions.
Thanks |
