Thunder Tiger Corp's NEW Raptor 600/620 Electric

A long history of solid 50-sized heli's, TT is now making an electric.

have the priviledge to conduct the world's first public viewing and daily flying demonstrations at the Sandown Model Symposium UK Saturday/Sunday 20-21 May 2006 of the NEW Thunder Tiger Raptor Electric from Thunder Tiger Corp. Taiwan.

Wow.. I wonder how many Align T600 pre-orders are going to get canceled!!!

I can tell you this, If I was in the market for an EP 50 size, I would be getting the trusted TT Raptor 600 EP!!!

Another reason align should have made the T600 chopper a .30 size or slightly smaller.. D'oh

I would take the TT 600 EP over a TRex 600 for sure.

Competition should help with pricing to some extent as well.

eflyer and many of you are on the right track, it is the ability of what power systems ie: lipos and motors etc that will make it popular or not, that is what is great abou the rex so manhy lipo size and power options where as the rex 600 the way they designed it around 6S was a real mistake imho. Cheers and good to see more e helis coming out! Going to be quite a Xmas this year!

It's available as a kit without motor/ESC/battery so why would you have to run 6S?
The latest posts in the Align Chinese forums say it's designed to allow many different battery options according to what somebody posted over on RCG's. I thought some of the later pics from a fun-fly showed it running a 10S configuration.
I can't wait so see some pics of the TT eRaptor, it'll be down to either that, the T-Rex 600 or maybe the smaller Lepten for me.. good times
