e-Century Hummingbird - Swift > 3dpro complaint - threw blade and holder

First off I am running the stock 3dpro with tail shaft, century brushless inrunner, cc25 esc, and tp 1320 lipo. Stock 10 tooth pinion and I am running throttle curve of 100,80,60,80,100. I flew a whole pack today and landed after about 9 minutes of forward flight. Pefect landing but when I pulled the stick back in idle up(no more than 1/4 stick so 80%) the tail immediately started thrashing around. Post inspection I found that it threw one of the blades and the blade holder. The bearing is still attached to the hub!

So is there no lip in the blade holder that keeps the bearing from being pulled out? Unfortunately I never found the blade and holder

A 10 tooth pinion at 100% is well over 3000 RPM on the main rotor. I have my main rotor at 74% which is a 2500 RPM checked with a tach. For 3000 RPM you need the metal parts. JMHO

It threw the blade at no more than 80% at the very end of the pack! head speed was pretty low, I'd guess around 2200.

So how are the bearings fastened to the blade grip??? Is the hole a straight through hole and the design relies on glue to hold the bearing in place? Looking at the grip I don't see a flange that would keep the bearing from being pulled out. Is the metal upgrade the same type of design or does the holder have a flange??????

It is the same crappy design, only made of metal. Their is a lip in there to hold the bearing. Probably flew away with the grip. I always wear sunglasses or safety glasses when flying this one.
