I don't believe Kirrack-pipe ever was a victim of " lost in the mail". You need to SEND before you develop LOST. Beating people out of money is just the way this guy does business. Very nice work Juan, exposing this dead beat.

I agree with every point you have made but I think you got your "buyer and seller" reversed in a couple of your sentences....

For example, you say....

I believe you meant to say, "you , the SELLER, take it up, etc...."

Then you said,

Anyway, I know that Kirrajas is a LIAR, so I am of the opinion with Al and others, that the heli was never sent in the first place......

Notice how Kirrajas has now gone "underground"...... not responding to anyone's pleas to do the right thing..... You can rest assured that he has read every word that has been posted. He has slipped away just like a thief in the night......

I pm' ed Kirrajas my self to do the right thing

I do not know any of the obove persons and Kirrajas, but I thought I would PM this person and ask to return what he has taken and come clean. Man I really tried to get this person to come forward, but I guess he does not want to listen. All I know is person's words are every thing and man I would do any thing to make a person happy. If my buyers is not happy, I would not even think twice and return his cash. If I sent any thing and that would be lost, I would take the responsibility upon my self to correct it. If this requred money back so be it. I have some dealing go bad and I must addmit that I sent items back to sellers and asked for a refund, because the item recieved was not new as stated. All the people I have returned stuff to gave me back my funds without a question. I thank those people.

Kirrajas Please, man please do the right thing and come on out and do the right thing. Return the man his money. How can you sleep at nights, when you know you owe someone money. Don't do this to your self. We are modlers man, we are brothers here, come on do the right thing.Please return it.

Search on Google for Internet Fraud and you will find a website where you can file a complaint for any fraudulent activities that took place over the internet. The case will be reviewed and refferred to any law enforcement agencies that might have jurisdiction for further action. I know someone who did this and in a few weeks got the item he purchased after several months of PMs, emails and phone calls.

It looks like you blew the whistle on his scheme. That is the kind of information that should be passed on to other honest people. Because of activity like this it is becoming harder to work out a good deal on the internet. I just don't like feeling that I can't trust other people.

Yes, it is really upsetting when someone gets ripped off for any amount. This amount happens to be substancial.

Kirrajas has yet to step up to the plate to do the right thing.....

We all collectively should not let this die until he does....

Hey Juan now I know who Kirrajas the jackass is. Dam I was pondering that for a few days until I ran into his thread at rcuniverse and I almost fell off my chair. I was a victim also here on RR so I know how dgoss feels. I'm sure this is just the tip of the iceberg, I'm sure there are plenty others in kirrajas path. Its just that some guys don't wanna hassle or come forward, it can be embarressing experiance as well. I'm just glad you had the cojones and expose this turd for what he is. If I sound a little harsh thats because I detest rippoff artist, scammers or crooks. Dgoss your being too generous with this kirrajas the clown, but understand your dilema and maybe theres light at the end of the tunnel. Why are guys like this even allowed to post on RR you got me. Thanx for posting your views on the matter.... Mark R's policy is a "hands off" approach and he would rather let the members police each other....I think that Mark's approach works well and I appreciate the fact that Mark allows these types of threads/posts without any censorship, per se...

You can rest assured that this topic will not die as long as kirrajas continues to shrug off his responsibilities....
