Avant Aurora - EFX - FX > What is a freya 90 and a NIB Avant fx kit worth?

Location: 20 minutes south of Boston Mass...

I'm Looking at getting a Freya 90 and an Avant upgrade kit and was wondering if anyone knew what they are worth...I'm new to the 90 sized Hirobo stuff and am wondering what I should expect to pay for this?.....thanks

well, the Avant is 585 and thats that, no variable pricing.

Freya's cost from around 475 (original Freya, uses the Avant FX)
or 650ish (Freya EVO, uses Avant EFX)

you can also get the Avant head for 385.

An interesting variation on this is the following combination....

Original Freya
purchase the optional large fuel tank
Avant FX w/ large tank option (you have to ask for this configuration)
Avant head

or just Freya EVO & Avant EFX

If i were to buy the efx kit and the avant head and tank would I need to get anything else to have a complete heli?...That seems like a good option...

yup.. the main gearing including the clutch/clutchbell and the shaft and pinion for the tail gear and from the boom back.. and dont forget the flywheel, fan, cooling shroud, and the inner part of the swash

the Avant conversion relies on a wide # of parts from a
donor Freya.

I STRONGLY doubt it would be cost effective to buy everything
'ala carte'

entire boom/tail/supports
entire power train - fan, clutch, bell, gears, oneway, etc
lots of special tiny hardware (EX balls & screws, etc)
swashplate
X lever
pivot bolt
landing gear
tail takeoff gears

The EFX comes w/ head modifications for the stock Evo90 head.

or of course, you could buy the Avant head.

No matter how you slice it, you're not going to get away cheap.
This is SERIOUSLY top-shelf stuff.

Looks like I may just convert my evo 90 to the avant...no sense building a freya based avant....it wouldn't be the baddest Avant on the block then.....
