Chopper Key Veteran Location: Stow,Oh- oops, I mean St Louis, nope Stow again
| I run one on 9252 servos. Augusto has had several flyers report stripped servo gears. I fly very hard, and I have not stripped them out.....yet. It may strip tomorrow, but I believe it is more a matter of blades than anything else. If your blades are very agressive, they will feed back into the swash and into the servo. This could cause stripping of the gears. I use SAB blades, and they do not lead like some blades. I do not have any problems ....yet. (knock on wood.) I also have a machine set up with the 9451 servos, and these servos are better without a doubt.
It is all about COMBINATIONS. The right blade and servo COMBINATION is OK, or it can spell disaster.
