what dampers are everyone using, for medium to hard 3D.

For hard 3D they are going with the 80 durometer. For smackdown style 3D they use 90 inside and 80 outside. For normal 3D the stock 70 durometer.

Good idea to get the 555mm flybar. Most people don't realize that the short EVO-90 flybar is inadequate for that head. The stock hirobo 555mm flybar that comes with the X-Spec or the stronger CX00-200-651 one should be used. That flybar is made of an alloy that prevents bending of the flybar in flight. We don't include it in the head kit and add it to the price simply because a lot of people have 555mm flybars from their Freyas or X-specs.
