I keep seeing people asking about the servo wire mesh and where to get it.

I got mine from:
Hi-Line http://www.hi-line.com/
1-800-9HI-LINE
Part # ELFR4BKV
Mil Spec MIL_123053

It came in a 50foot roll. I like it. I saw in someone's gallery where they used heat shrink tubing over the ends for a clean installation. I used black zip strips on mine, but I like the heat shrink idea.

Another thing that can be used is spiral wrap available from good model shops.

there is no one correct solution.

when I build machines for people, I use an assortment

I have done this to all my heli's. It looks cool but it takes time and I do not think I will do this again. When it comes to service, rebuild, or replace it is a pain.

I use the braid and heat shrink on all of my charging cables, but not yet on the heli. Maybe on my next build.

Check your local electronics supply house. I buy it by the foot, I think it is $.30 a foot for the 1/4."

It does make for some very neat cables. I spent an hour tonight wiring up my field batteries, nice and tidy with a fuse, braid, and Power Pole connectors.
