How many have a slightly different pitch setting for inverted vs. upright. For example I've been told that you should basically shift your pitch curve to have more pitch inverted vs. upright. This is due to rotor system being less efficient inverted.

I usually just run a +10/-10 curve in every flight mode including throttle hold. I don't really fine tune it from there.

The rotor system in theory is more efficient inverted because the rotor's wash isn't disturbed by the presence of heli's mechanics/canopy.

So do you run different pitch settings inverted vs. upright?

No, actually. I just run a straight +/-10 degree pitch curve in all flight modes except hold where I have +/-12 degrees.

Same with mine I have +/- 10 for the pitch. I couldn't tell the difference.
