| You can put in your own scenery, but there is a lot more to it than just taking "a" picture. You have to take a whole series of pictures, covering 360 degrees using a good tripod and then stitch them together in a specific way. Right now there isn't any way to put in collision data so that the heli crashes when it hits something. So far everyone just uses a stock scene that is similar to their field and replaces the image, but if the stock scene has a tree and your scene doesn't, then you may crash in mid-air for no apparent reason using your scene. Likewise, if your scene has a tree and the stock one does not, you may fly right through your tree without a crash, or behind it with the heli still visible.
Reflex is going to make a tool that will solve this problem, but it is not available yet. |
