Best all around charger

Orbit Microlader V6.4 w/PC Interface

-Backlit display
-Very easy to program and setup
-Well built and attractive looking
-Up to 11 Li-Po's @6A charge

The Orbit MICROLADER V6.4 combines all functions an R/C hobbyist could wish for in one compact device: automatic fast charging, reflex charging, easy (cc) charging and discharging. The forming or reconditioning of new or rarely used battery cells is also possible with this device.

The Orbit MICROLADER V6.4 is a powerful charger for Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMh), Nickel Cadmium (NiCd), lead (Pb), and Lithium Polymer batteries, which simultaneously serves as a precise measurement device for the battery capacity. A clearly arranged LCD display informs you at any time about the battery voltage, the charging current, the total charging time, and the charged electricity (in mAh).

The Orbit MICROLADER V6.4 can be connected to a PC interface (sold separately) to transfer and analyse the measured data with the Orbit MICROLOG software.

The Orbit MICROLADER V6.4 is user-friendly and, due to its sophisticated and compact design, very robust and handy.

It really depends on what you need to charge. If you need to charge 2 TP2100's at the same time then the best/SAFEST way is with a TP 1010C and 210V combo. This combo is hard to beat IMO.
Btw - I have about 5 other lipo chargers (Shultz, Ice, etc....)

He was asking for an all around charger. The Thunderpower 1010 is Li Ion/Poly specific. Not going to cut it with Nicad/Nimh.
