Nice little helicopter. I saw and tried one about a month ago. It has a .18 car motor and runs like a top. This heli is extremely stable and has no vibrations. When I flew it for the first time, I thought it was like a top shelf electric heli but it was nitro instead. I can't wait to get one. It's larger than a Trex and smaller than a Raptor 30. Has anyone out there had a chance to fly one yet? Let me know what you think.

Here for a good time, not a long time!

Pegasus heli

For sure it's a flyer, it even works with small Heli-Max floats.I've flown one with SAB carbon fiber 440 MM blades and it's really fun. Great for the guy who just wants a little heli that will fly in the wind and one that will be cool for the expert and cooler for the guy leaving the ecletrics and wants his first nitro heli.
They work great, Big in performance Small in price!!!!!

The weight of it put me off , with a high disc loading and just an 18 , I decided to leave it alone .

I have a Pegasus, the ground leap up and hit it. Does anyone know where I can get spares? The only supplier I know of in the UK is LHC aka www.anbro.com I have been trying to contact them for two days. Their answer phone just tells me that someone will get back to me shortly. their published email address did not exist and having found the real one, no one responds. A few month back I had the same problem, this time its worse. Do they care about their customers? Does anyone know whats going on? Are there any other suppliers, preferably but not neccessarily in the UK? PLEASE

Alan ,
From what I've been told , the owner of LHC is an airline pilot - therefore he's not always around ! That would possibly explain why they failed to turn up at the "Wings and Wheels" show last summer . I've also been told that LHC is run as more of a hobby than a normal model shop . I would guess that your emails will get an answer eventually .

At the end of the day , it gets dark .

New Heli!!!

I have seen one of these up close and personal, BUT, I have not gotten to fly one yet.... It is a strong looking "little" heli... and it looks as if it will be a lot of fun for just burning up the field....I am looking forward to giving one a try very soon...
Most of us have everything you need just laying around the shop to load this baby up and just go out and have some fun.....
shooter... on floats!?!?! Now you really have my interest... I have a pond on my property and a lake across the street.... now this could really be fun!!!
I guess you can just never have enough heli's!!!!

Stan

If there is a cure for this, please don't tell me about it!!!

Alan

If you phone LHC on Friday Dave will be at the shop (and Saturday).

Should have one of the girls there in the week to answer the phones and do mail order.

Try again tomorrow.

bump

I finally got to see shooters pegasus fly this weekend and I was surprised at how well the thing handled the wind. Its got a tiny fuel tank and flew a normal flight time. $$$ I think it might replace my 30 heli as my just-for-fun flyer.

pegasus heli

why do people choose to moan on a web site with half a story?
1. the owner of lhc is not an airline pilot
2 it is not run as a hobby. it is run by very hardworking people who are committed to stopping modellers getting ripped off by the big boys
3 if you leave a message on the answer phone they will get back to you
i know they have a wall full of spares they would love to sell you

Pegasus Heli'

I've just bought one of these after selling my Trex S/E. My main baby is a Raptor 50 S/E but the Pegasus looks pretty cute. I'll let you know how it flies as soon as I get it, and the UK weather is nice enough to go flying; Don't hold your breath!

Its look like they have two models. These 2 pics look like a Hirobo Shuttle and I am pretty sure this is the one they are selling in $170.oo I am pretty sure you can fit a OS50 there

This one look like a Hirobo GPH 50. Inclusive is you check the fuel tank and the lower frame is exaclty the same as the Hirobo GPH 50

Here is part of the Hirobo GPH frame diagram and you can see that the fuel tank and the lower frame is exaclty the same as the Hirobo GPH

Also, Ron Lund sells Carbon Fiber Frames that fit this heli. They are made by QuickUK
