Yeah , I wouldn't hold your breath, Hospital or not it has been more then a enough time to refund the money with a click of the mouse button on paypal.

You're absolutely right. I'm someone who'll try to help out another person who I believe to be in trouble. And if you and I had done deals in the past where you had done everything possible to make sure that I was happy, I'd defend you as well. Just like I'm doing here. I could be wrong, the guy could have just taken the money and ran, but if that was the case, then why hasn't he cashed the money order that another person sent him a few weeks back? Doesn't sound like a scam to me.

I never once said it was a scam now did I ? But sick or not it is still very easy to either send the guys stuff out or have someone else do it for you. I don't see where figthing each other solves anyone problems in here.

The first guy is trying to find out and or venting...some of us jump in to give some moral support based on dealing with Helili before (me excluded) while others just go too deep probably because they have been burned before or know someone that did.

I created a thread with some guidelines and gave link here...not a popular thread for some odd reason...perhaps no one has anything to add to it. (shrug)

Not pointing fingers...just and observation....

Sorry, i thought I had posted an update to my search on here, I guess I just sent it as a PM to a couple guys.

I called everyone with the same last name as him in his town, and left messages/asked for leads etc with no luck. The last call I made was to a neighbor of his a couple doors down, and left a message asking them to please call me if they had any info on him, as I was concerned that something might have happened. Still nothing.

I don't know what to say, If I was 55crownvic, at this point, I'd probably call the police in his town and talk to them. Probably the best way to get a response of some sort, since my efforts have turned up nothing. I still think that this is probably a problem that is not due to dishonesty, and want that on the record, I think he's an honest guy and something has happened to him, but all the same, a call to the police probably won't hurt.

still nothing from Helihi. I did call the sherriff for his town and they said they would "send someone out to his house, when they could" but havent heard anything.

Matt, I paid him with a MO, I think I am about done buyin sh%t here on RR because there seems to be too many crooks here. Bought some blades the other day and 3 days later I ask the guy if he sent them. He says he does all his shipping on friday(today), didnt bother telling me that when I bought the blades from him.

When I sell something on here I ship it either that day or the very next day, no matter what. Check my good guy list. I know its only $110 but that can go somewhere else at this time for me, especially when I have another $145 shelled out to get the same motor at Heliproz, who by the way are as top-notch as it gets!!

Sorry for venting but its been a bad week on the homefront!

I thought a guy was trying to rip me recently, and talked to the post office. After 30 days from the date the MO was issued, you can file for an investigation for like 7 bucks or so. They can trace the MO (if you have the stub) and see who (or if) it has been cashed. If it hasn't been cashed, they can cash it back to you.

Also somehow I think you can get the postmaster investigating mail fraud on the guy, a federal offense.

Well I have called the sheriff there, and they have been to this guys house twice in the past two days!!! However it wasnt to check on Scotts condition, dont know why, they wouldn't say why they had been there. Anyways, I know he is alive and is in my book "THE BIGGEST ARSHOLE AND LOSER ON THE PLANET" If anyone does business with this guy you are fore warned and you can kiss your money goodbye!!!

At this time I am checking alternatives, because the cops wont do crap for you. Guess thats why they are there, to serve the crooks!


I cant believe there isn't a soul here on RR that knows him, and doesn't contact this guy and tell him to get his act together.

Yeah I agree about that.

Sometimnes the couple of dollars you save isn't worth the hassel, and if you every need to have that product serviced or repaired, good luck without a reciept.

I got burned two years ago, bought a gyro on RR, never user it, and then last year went to try it and it is not working. Toss that $50 out the window, it would have been better to buy new.
