Well the blade cp is a great heli, but it's not easy to fly that you think and 3d is very dificult, i think when cp pro is available, whit hh gyro and bell-hiller head, lipo, become easy to make aerobatics,my only critic is the tail, you need to fly the tail ever, and the wind is a real problem, but you know for the price......i prefer nitro right now this is the real thing, you feel the control..

I'm charging batteries.....

I am a first time heli owner and i went with the blade for economic reasons. i saw it as a great way to get into the hobby, see if i actually liked it, and then presue it if i wanted to, If not, in not in the whole to much. I have pretty much mastered hovering side in and tail in. I can hover inverted tail in and hover nose in on the sim, but i get the "oh sh#t" feeling when i try nose in in real life.

All in all it was a great way to get into the hobby and a great way to assess how much further i wanted to go with it. My only problem with it is that, although i can fly it great, i think it slows the learning curve substantially, because i am so much futher in the sim than in real life, and i attribute this to having to fly a ultra-light weight heli, with little flight time to get some real practice.

Mabey the lipo that is comng in the mail will remedy this a little bit, but sooner rather than later im going to go to a MX400 or possibly take the plunge and get the t rex.

Blade CP is the most awesome bang for the buck in RC heli's. Great customer service, parts readily available everywhere. I learned on it and bought a Trex, but the BCP is far and away my favorite. Until the BCP pro arrives.

If a duck flies inverted, does it quack up?

I started out with a BCP, then grew out of it. I now have a TRex, and love it. I would reccomend that process to anybody learning to fly. Just don't get a TRex if you don't want to spend a lot of money. I've got almost $700 in mine and it doesn't even have any CNC upgrades yet.

If you're online, you're not flying.
