Hey Guys,

I don't have a Leptoon yet and probably won't get one untill they release the cheaper non EX version...

I am looking for a charger to charge my 9CHPS RX and TX packs (for my EVO50), but i want to get a charger that will also be able to charge the presumably lipo's i would need if i were to get a Lepton later on.

Would an accu cycle elite be capable of charging whatever packs a Lepton might need?

take a look at the hobbico dual port charger and the triton, I have both, but prefer the hobbico one.

Just a matter of preference if your new to chargers triton is your best bet it's very simple to use.

Zero bubble....

The Triton would work just fine, but no power supply like the elite. Personally I use the elite for most anything unless I want to get a large compacity LiPo charged fast. Then the Thunder power 1010 comes out.

I'll admit I'm not a great pilot, but I can hover with the best of them.

A cell balancer would also be worth while if your doing alot of fast charging it will keep the cells in check.

Even if you are not doing fast charging, a cell balancer is a very wise investment for your batteries.

I think it depends on which motor you use. It may not be enough for an 8 turn. I'm going to run a 10T on 4S with the CC45. I hope that will be enough (it should based on the motor specs).

Local hobby shop tells me they now have the "power pack" in, can anyone verify if this is finally out? I got an order on the kit w/power pack and some spare batteries I can still cancel if it turns out to be a dud.

any one try a 3s set up and use a higher kv motor to compensate the lower battery voltage? Thought of using a 3s2p to have more flight time just as long as it has a high discharge rating I thing the 3s would work fine. Any thoughts?

Hi guys,

I posted this on the eHirobo forum but got no reply, so I thought I would try my luck here. Sorry if this has been asked before but this thread is too long to read from the beginning.

What is the best battery/motor/ESC/pinion combination for improved flight duration? At what rotor RPM? I am looking for 14+ minutes of sport/scale flying on a single charge.

Thanks,

Harris
