Okay, I'm not trying to be a post whore, but just making friendly conversation...

I wanted to try a different canopy for my Corona because the stock one doesn't fit that great....

This is a MX400 shnoz, that I painted flat black and I had some stickers left over from the stock canopy. I think it gives it a more aggresive look, almost mean...kinda like a hawk beak...

BTW, do you think my blade holder is big enough(LOL!).

That looks good. Similar to a T-Rex canopy. Did you have to modify any of the mount standoffs.

I had to drill another hole in the aluminum crutch just in front of the crown gear to pass a rod thru for the canopy mount tabs.

I know it's a bit small, but it covers the battery and receiver and the motor is out in the open to stay cooler. For $10 it's an improvement and it's easier to put on or take off when changing battery packs.

I'm working on another one that will hopefully look better ....I only liked that one because it stayed way clear of the cyclic linkages that the stock one rubs on no matter how much I try to trim around them.

I'm almost finished with this one.....I still need to paint it...
