Check for binding. I brke some flybar control arm because the swash would hit the pins at high collective and cyclic. Consider it a warning that somethings not right.

Just finished replacing mine on my EVO 30. Broken just like yours. No hard 3D here. No binding that I can find either. Was very difficult to see, needed a magnifying glass. Thing is, I must have been flying with it broken for some time. I was just doing a routine inspection when I found it. Wonder how many other seesaws are out there flying around broken?

Just had mine break in flight today. I thought I lost a blade grip 2x link. It was pretty crazy seeing the disk bouning all over. I auto'ed it in with out a problem. This conNo binding, but some pretty heavy 3d. Who carries a upgrade (metal). I don't even know what the part number is for this.

I've never had that happen yet I've had a flybar break off in flight. I'd check for binding very closely as stated above. Take it through all the cyclic and collective ranges and tilt the flybar in the direction as if it where flying while rotating the head.

I had one crack at the same place. It happened during a crash. You might have missed it when reassembling after your last encounter with terra firma.

I think you are right. I got the heli second hand and it was in one crash, but was fully repaired. It was most likely weakened, but not yet visibly damaged. I wish I had it on video. Really surprised I didn't loose a link or something else shake off when that seesaw failed. Sucker was shaking like crazy.

Hirobo makes metal versions of all the Sceadu Evo head parts. The combination is referred to as the SD-G head. The seesaw is part number 412207. Fairly expensive, and it still could break in a crash.
