Hi Everybody,

I just got my 10 servos back from Horizon upgrading my 8411 to the new DS8311. Basically what they done is change the motor with 3 ohm version and re label the servo with the 8311 label.

I was wondering if anybody have try yet this new servos? They seem to work fine and they are quiet!

I am preparing mine for shipment. From the time Horizon received your 8411's how long did it take for them to turn them around after service was completed?

How long

Just about 12 days..... I think now they have the parts in stock might be faster.

Gonzalo.....did they leave the metal output gear? Or is it now nylon?? I noticed how quiet my 8411's were after I replaced two of the metal gears....they were a LOT smoother as well...

Yes they left the metal gear output.... and my servos sounds so much better... in 2 weeks I would give them a try but any report before that is welcome.

mine fly fine,no problems so far ,i have mine in a vigor cs with a os 91 .

Mine is working perfect!!!!! more than 10 flights so far with loops rolls etc on a gasser and they still working
