Paypal Dispute Resolution

Rotorpsyco,

you do not need to have purchased buyer protection to file a
dispute with Paypal. Ebay and Paypal do care very much about their
buyers not the sellers, as sellers come and go everyday looking
to make a quick buck $ Without buyers Ebay will not work period!!
If nobodys buying why list stuff on ebay for sale. Ebay & Paypal
treat the private seller like a retail store and if the buyer is
not happy then they require you to refund his money back.

Heliboy - UK,

after you file a dispute claim with Paypal they will put
Aeroomni's Paypal account in open dispute status and hold
the money you paid him $500.00 until the dispute is resolved.
this means he can not spend or transfer your money $ until
this dispute is resolved 99% of the times in favor of the
buyer for the reasons listed above.

Rotorpsyco,

your idea to pay with your credit card is a very good idea
and I recomend everyone does this to give yourself more options
when and if problems occur.

Catch You Later!!!

the biggest problem with filing a dispute is the bit where you have to tick the box to say that a package of some sort did arrive.that's the bit that makes you uneasy,as the next sentance states"even if it was an empty package" this is the point where paypal will ask you if it was an ebay transaction,in my case once i had to tick "no" not ebay, and "yes" a package did arrive(even though the tail servo on the heli did not work, which was the reason for the claim,8700g £100)at the next step paypal informed me that there was nothing that they were prepared to do about it,yes thats right, even if it was indeed a totally empty box.and all of this was automated,i never got to comunicate with a human being.paypal can teach some very expensive lessons, please heed the warning if buying high value goods.

all comments are my opinion only!

your absolutly right but IF you DO NOT and you recieve the goods, they will not do anything for you, you can file disputes all day long but if you recieved the goods yet they are not as described and did not purchas the additional protection they they will tell you to screw off in a manner of words....I know this as well from personal experience.

I hate to inform you you are "wrong" PP and E bay, really don't do much for the buyer. Been there Done that. Your only real protection is the escrow program that costs I believe three percent of the item cost. If a seller is a junk dealer he will not accept the terms of the escsrow, then it's for sure not a person to buy from.

Here is what Paypal sent me

Before the note. I did check Paul's status on Ebay and he had a 100% when I bought the items. After 3 days had gone buy I check again and he was no longer a member of Ebay.

Still waiting to hear from Ebay.

It all boils down to one thing ebay and pay pal and are now the same company by the way are slowly pulling the rug out from underneath them selves with all the scamming going on there you really have to watch who you buy from for me emailing the person and doing a lot of back round checking is coming a common practice its a shame

What goes up must come down

out of interest, how did you receive the goods, was it via normal aimail?

Because if it was, he may not have a tracking number, so you may be able to get away with filing a claim saying you simply havent received the goods, you are probably more likely to get your money back that way.

I dont feel sorry for anyone that buys from this guy..

Did you not check his feedback? Did the multiple negatives stating that he sells junk blades from outside of the US not do anything from you. How about the multiple negative feedbacks about how he blackmales you with feedback. How about the multiple negative feedbacks about no contact with this guy..

You people must like being punished or just plain idiots to buy from this guy....

As long as people are stupid, he will be in business, even with all the bad feedback.

And dont tell me that he didnt have any negatives at the time. He has been doing this for one and a half years that I know of. His name has been badmouthed all over this forum for that amount of time as well.

I missed the note

Grant, I did not see the note telling me that Runryder did reviews on seller's on Ebay. If I had know that seller's were reviewed here then I would have saved my money. As I said in my post, I did check his feedback before I placed a bid and the name he was using had very high positive feedback.

well the short of it is i wont get a penny, the deal was done outside of ebay, and i am not covered, even if it was done through ebay i still would not get anything because he would have to have moneys in his paypale acount, knowing him he will clear it out once its in there, second he has 6 email accounts so if one gets shagged he goes to the next and so on.
When i had an intrest in his products he sent me emails from happy customer, few as there is that is !!! and i checked his feedback on ebay, all looked fine then, but how things change.
Ive now sent him a mail asking for a Raptor 50se in place of the blades,
he replied OKI, ill have to wait and see if he keeps his word.
The only thing i did not check out was on here, dont know why i did'ent but i did'ent.
Can at this stage only put it down to experiance and wont get caught again, i still plan to make a journey over to him in the future, in the meantime i'am going to contact the british embassy in spain and see if they can do anything for me, never know i might get lucky as there part of th EU.
Ill keep you all informed with my progress with this SCUMBAG.

People usually ordering small blades or tail blades to see how it works, than making bigger order.

Oh yeah? The first I come accross your action, I was about to buy 5 sets of blades for me and some friends! I am sorry buddy but it doesn't work that way!

As long as you keep on selling crapy blades, people on RR will be warned and you will be left with paypal reverse payments and ebay claims.

Btw, How does it feel opening your inbox knowing that all the emails in there are complains? You must be very proud of the business you are running!

Paul, your blades are of the shoddiest workmanship. I have 3 sets of them sitting in my hobby room on the wall as a reminder of how crappy they are . Your prices may be great, but your product isnt even flightworthy and your packaging is appalling. Shipping a set of blades wrapped in only brown paper from Spain to the US is insane.

Anyways, you keep blackmailing those poor eBay guys for the feedback, les allen, if you were HONEST and posted their feedback upon payment your rating would be around 20% at best, but since you force them to give you a positive - you appear to be an ok seller to the untrained eye.

I am not going off heresay, I have 3 sets of your blades and have extensively emailed with you. I remember it taking 3 months to get my refund back from you, and that was by emailing you 3 times a day.

I have not used your smaller blades, so I cant comment on them ---- but I am sure others will

What does poor english has anything to do with products?

The guy is from Spain not Ohio.

If we were to judge all the misspelling that goes on in here with products being traded or sold, many would not be doing much business in here.

I'm not defending Paul products, given what I have read, I definitely would not buy any as a mere precaution. But the arrogance just gets to me....go read my immigration post

I purchased a clutch bell and a couple other parts from you and when I received them the clutch was missing the center bearing. I emailed you and after quite some debate you finally told me that the next time I purchase something from you, you will add it in the shipment. That's BS. Not to mention it took over a month to receive the parts since they came from SPAIN and not Santa Barbara, CA. I was finally over it all...but now that you came back on here admitting you sell crap and basically don't care...Grrr.

Oh well...
