| First make sure that you are using the correct positions on the bell cranks.
Secondly make sure you are using exactly the same length servo arms.
Third, make sure that nothing is loose in the control mechanism and there is no up down play in the main shaft.
Forth, take a look in your heli radio, set everything to mid stick remove all sub trims and pitch trims, go into the servo menu (end of the basic) menu and make sure channels 1,2, and 6 are dead center.
Fifth, make sure that the servo arms are exactly 90 degrees, and I mean exactly, I used a long stick accross the two servos to ensure they were perfect. If they are not, play with different servo arms until they are perfect or very close and then use the sub trim function to ensure that *exactly* 90 degrees.
Sixth, maybe you want to check this earlier in the list, but just came to me, make sure the servo end points for channels 1, 2 and 6 are set up 100% travel in both directions.
If that doesn't solve it post another message I will try to think of some other things to check.
Seven, my brain is working quick tonight!! Are you sure that you are using the correct linkage rod for the pitch servo (the middle one) as the throttle linkage and pitch are very similar in length. A quick way to check is to ensure that at mid stick all three bell cranks are the at 90 degrees.
Best wishes,
