Yep, I'd agree with that one. Lost mine yesterday - motor kept cutting then all of a sudden snap! Blades survived though .

Also found this http://trex450.co.uk/shop/index.php...2d4cbe4bb9d94aa as a UK source - not tried them yet but will try and get up there next week.

Cheers
Richard.

I think this should be a sticky (just like the swashplate problem in the Align forum).

I agree, Mark please sticky this post!

Every other topic is an issue with the center hub failing in flight. The only fix is to use the aluminum center hub or go with a full Trex head.

Got my head through unfortunately the links were out of stock though so still grounded for now .

There's more space in the ally head than the plastic one, can I take it you use additional 'O' rings to take up the slack?

Cheers

Thanks, question was due to the fact that I only found one pair in the package. Checked on the pictures around and now it's obvious there was a need for both pairs - Doh .

At least I still had the original set so I've just not got as many spares.

Cheers
Richard.

Yes, got the black collars on - just like on the original head, just missing the second set of 'O' rings from the ally head package. I assume the new collars are the same as the old collars, I read somewhere that the new 'O' rings are harder than the originals - is this going to make any difference?

Cheers
Richard.
