I bought a TTH 2000 (Taya) optical tach used. The instruction sheet is in Japanese. There is an illustration that indicates an area on what appears to be the bottom of the rotor blade. Can anyone tell me what this is about? Or better yet, can anyone provide me with a photocopy of an english version of the instructions? I would be happy to pay the copy and mail expense. Thanks!
