So yea got a sweet birthday present. Set it up, set all the trims. The blades were wobbly so I adjusted the bar thingy. I then flew it again. I could bring it up 3 feet but then I realized something... The rudders are inverted. I believe this is called yaw. I wanted to reorient the helicopter so I move my left thumb left but the helicopter turned to the right... I look through the manual and it actually looks like it was designed to do this. WHY! is there any way to change this. That is my main problem.

Overall its a great helicopter for beginners. I crashed it into my legs and was flying again in 10 seconds. It was very stable and I was able to get it flying in 20 minutes. I had flown my friend siulator before so I had some skills.

Thank you in advance to anyone who can help me invert my yaw.

EDIT its not the Lama 2 its the House Fly. I was expecting the Lama 2 but my dad got the wrong but better one.

tail or nose

well are you referring the tail turning left when you go right or is it the nose you are reffering to because most rudder control is in relation to turning the direction of the nose of the helicopter but if you are refering to that i would read the manual about reversing the rudder servo.

you should start to learn with your tail controls as such,if you want the nose to go to the left the tail should go to the right, allwayslook at the nose and then tell it wich direction to go in ,look in your tx manual and just reverse the direction for the tail and this will help you so that if your thumb goes to the left the nose of the heli should go there aswell, hope this helps

its the nose

I tell the helicopter to spin clockwise (nose right) by press the yaw stick to the right. But it goes left. the manual isn't very informative but I'll look on their website and stuff. Its a great heli and low budget beginners should get it. I've got the trims real nice and I succesfully landed on the coffee table even with the stupid inverted yaw.

FIXED

I FIXED IT
Well when I got it the manual told me to turn DIP switches 1 and 4 to the ON position. only switch 4 was on so I turned switch 1 on. Well I was talking to my friend and he told me to play with my TX and the DIP switches. I figured I would start with #1 since thats the one I changed. Well turns out I picked the right one because the Yaw went back to normal.

Hopefully this will be of use to someone.
