I paid him for the realflight g3 add ons 1-5 on Feb 7. I waited till today and still no software and No response from Helihi. He was online on 2/17 and 2/21, but no response to my e mails and pms.

I dealt a little with helihi last year. He seemed to be a good guy and I dont remember any problems from him. Hopefully things will get taken care of.

I've personally had some problems with shipping stuff for people.
GOt a wife, kids, job.
I'm not a full time heli dealer.
Sometimes, I work from 8 to 6 with no breaks long enough to leave the office. If this happens for a week, then if I have something to ship, it gets out a week late.
And what about if the wife or kids are sick. Or I'm sick?
I don't have anybody who can ship for me.
I don't have a regular UPS or Fedex pickup.
I could suggest printing USPS priority postage and having the mail person pick it up, but I have not tried that yet myself.
Anyhow, I'm just looking at it from the other side.
If you want something tomorrow, order it from heliproz or Rick's.
If you want a deal and are willing to pay for it (I mean, pay less for it, hahahaha) then buying used is ok.
If the guy has a good rep, take it easy. Be patient and see what happens before you get too anxious.
NOwadays, I'm a little bit more careful and advise anyone who buys from me that shipment may be delayed, but I'll be sure to keep in touch and provide a tracking number when it ships. But it took me a couple of times "screwing up" to learn the ropes.

sorry iv been really sick i was in the hospital for a few days. i see nobody has any faith in me numerous times on the good guys list and you think you are getting screw thanks. every thing is in the mail as i had 3 items waiting for shipment one i did ship ans got shipped back to me so that went out to. like i said im very sorry .

From what i have read on this post tells me that helhi is a person of good standing and i wouldn't hesitate to deal with him! We all get sick once in awhile don't we? we have family that has to be tended to on occasion don't we? we have family obligations we have to attend don't we?, oh and there are the natural disasters that can't be avoided. remember it could be you on the other end of a deal! ken

something's up with your local post office. i mail my car payment 1 week early it got there 1 week late. others have had similar delivery problems lately. dont blow up yet. he's a good guy.

A good guy? Very well could be, time will tell. I have not attacked his character, only stated the facts. He had been online and not contacted us, and I think anybody would be concerned given our situation. I will give him every chance to make this right, mainly because it benefits me, too.

He told me that he was sick and was in the hospital.
Then he told Funkyflyer that he shipped the package with a wrong label and the package got shipped back to him.??? Sounds Fishyyy!!!
How does he ship one package and not the other?
He was online and our PMs was read, but NO Response. How do you expect people to react to this???

guys, he might have his home page be www.runryder.net.

in that case if his wife or if he has kids get online the first thing they see is the opening page and a little icon blinking red,grey,red,grey. it might not of been helihi getting online checking his pm`s. i use to share a comp with my sister. and she would check my pm`s not knowing what they were and then go do what she wanted to do. i would get on later and find out that i got pm`s.
