most of you probably remember my story back in April about the POS (piece of s*it) on ebay that ripped me off a set of blades..... i check his auctions once a week to warn any unsuspecting bidders about his business, he has a TSK mystar and a JR 8103 up for auction, which he apparently thinks is gold anyway..... i figured I'd drop him a line, this is what i wrote....

"how about those blades you havent sent?"

and here is his reply

"The blades are flying well on a nice new heli! "

before, he denied having them in his posession, he siad he didnt know where they were, and i have his old email where he states " i sent them separately" he just gave me some more evidence towards my complaint with the PO!!!!!!!

what a scumbag!

once again he is "trustguy1@aol.com" remember not to trust him... DUH!

unfortunately since you cannot open the package to look at the contents before handling the postman the money order, COD won't work if the seller sends you a box of bricks.

Hi YSRRyder,

Doesn't ebay cover losses in this situation under $250? Have you contacted their 'safe harbor' guys about this? I'd be interested to know thier response.

Did you report him to ebay??? Or did you do the deal outside of ebay..which often happens... I'm in the process of suing a guy who nailed me on a $600 digital camera....he didn't take into account that I sleep with an attorney...

It's still costing me quite a bit in fees to serve papers and stuff, but I don't care,,,, its principle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i did report him, but by the time thye sent me the fraud form... my time was about up. you have 2 years to make a claim through the PO, and i havent had time... thankfully he just gave me some more evidence to my advantage, by admitting that he has the blades. at this point i dont care about the blades, im just gonna do everything that i can to *uck with him!

do this

take a year and save your money, then find out where he lives, then fly down there and go to the field where he flies, and step on those blades, then say "well those are my blades anyway",,, or brake his nose !!

Jagboy69 is right, what goes around comes around,,, I worked for a friend of the family, and he son treated me like sh_t for 8 months, now he is in the slammer for 7 years for pointing a gun at his little girl,,,

that guy will get his sometime !!
