| Was a great FF even with the weather. I have even more respect for those guys. Doing hard 3d 3' off the ground in all that wind!!! The vids don't do it justice, it was blowing 15-20 mph continuous with at least 10 mph gusts! The Eric Larson wreck was much more impressive, I know someone was filming it cause he showed it to Eric afterwards. Hopefully they will post the vid. I was very impressed with Eric's reaction, no anger or blaming it on the wind, he stepped up and said that he was a little early on powering out of the manuever. I missed the mid-air by 15 minutes!!
Thanks Rockie, Szabo's, and everyone else there for a great FF. Hopefully next year the weather will be better. |
. I finally found the problem a day later that a canopy screw backed off into the elevator arm area and jammed it disabling elevator control.
Hint.. Hint...Augusto, where I can I buy one? I like Ray's video. For the whole vid I thought he was standing next to the camera and the guy in the chair was just watching, then at the end of the vid it's the guy in the chair that was flying all along.
