My Recomendations

Since your going to want the 3D flybar and if you order an ARF your going to pull the stock flybar I would install the 3D seesaw, even if you don't use the inner hole for 3D, you may want it at some point in the future and instead of having to pull everything apart you'll already have it installed and you can leave the seesaw arms in the stock location.

I prefer the slipper on the tail drive, I would highly suggest getting the 3D yellow dampers, they fly great for hovering and FF and remain very stable and also will allow you as your ability progresses to do 3D in the future, remember the Tiger is so smooth it will take a beginner from mild to wild pretty quickly because it will give you comfot level so you can progress fairly quickly.

The tail pitch control mod is nice but, you won't need it right away unless you just want to order everything up front, We have 3 cases of fuel through one of our Tigers and haven't had a problem with the tail pitch nubby's. The stock blade grips with the yellow dampers will be fine for starting out, unless your planning on really trashing your Tiger and haven't mastered the art of collective management you shouldn't need the 3D grips.

Nice Build!!!!

Everything is looking real nice.... good luck with the test hop's... I am sure you are going to really like it...and watch out for the "Tiger Smile"...... let us know how it goes!!!!
Box stock or all the 3D modes added, still is one of the smoothest hovering machines I have ever flown... mild to wild in the blink of an eye, if you want it to be.... and I am sure it is going to make a great platform for that 222!!!!!
Stan

If there is a cure for this, please don't tell me about it!!!

Quick note - You mentioned that you were gonna color the canopy after a couple setup flights. That might be a bad idea, because the fuel gets all over everything and makes it a bugger to get anything to stick, and that bleach bottle is hard to stick anything to in the first place.

Just my 2c - Someone else might have a good solution for cleaning the gas off without killing the plastic. If so I'd like to hear it.

fly be free (or anyone else),

I have the Venom as well but I'm in need of some temperature ranges. I'm breaking in my OS 50 Hyper. Any idea what the temperature reading should be for break in and then normal running? I understand the fingers on the backplate method but would be interested in being able to effectively use my "green box".

Thanks, Shayne

i try to run mine from 190 to 210
thats after its broke in ofcourse
for breaking in i would say around 175 to 180 as long as you still have decent power
hope this helps ya
although others may disagree with my method i could also be wrong but it always has worked for me
