Probably is trying a different crank and getting it perfect before going to the expense of having another mold produced for the composite part which I undertstand is an expensive exercise.

I talked to Jason in Las Vegas and he said he found that the bellcrank ratio was wrong, so he changed it. He made it out of metal because it was faster than making a new mold.

When I talked to him in Phoenix, he said that except for the color of the metal parts the bird is production-ready.

The bird I saw in Phoenix had G-10 frames.

Also, he said that he built his bird from kit to ready-to-charge in 10 hours.

I like the machine. I want a Synergy and an Avant. Who knows, maybe I'll get both.

slop

plastic is ok, my trex was all plastic. but the metal head gives it a crisp feel to it. because there is no flex. bell cranks on the x-cell do not flex try to bend on and see how much force it takes, and it will be the same on the synergy. im shure that they didnt make it thinner then the x-cell ones,
