Second input on the air sensor? Where? Are you maybe thinking of the static port on the air speed sensor ? And, no, you're not likely to go as fast sideways as forward or backward so sideways speed is not as important.

The V-Stabi system, being programmable, has good ability. I never said it didn't. And the guys that make it know exactly what it's shortcomings are and what more needs to happen with it. Why do you thind they include initial adjustment for YOUR heli with the sale of the unit (150Euro to re-do it) and are not ready to sell it in the sue happpy US ?

On my system, www.AirWolfRC.com , I found that using the HH mode gave the best results to prevent balooning. That's what a flybar does, act as a gyro platform for position reference. I also went into some detail about what causes balooning and the forces involved.

That picture shows 2 ports, looks like 1 each for forward and backward speed.

The earlier picture of yours only shows 1 port. Did the product change ?

I had to scroll around to find the right part of those 2500 x 2000 pixel images. Mark hasn't fixed that yet.

OK, looking at your last pic and (much) closer at the earlier pic. I see that now.

Using air speed input to help with the pitching problem . . . that's interesting.

Gosh DANG my Ion

ROCKS with the VStabi flybarless , GOSH dang ! I have never flew a machine that can station flip without it going alittle to the left or to the right , BUT this heli I bought from Karl ( freezin eskimo ) his ole 50 that I converted back to a 90 size kicks some BUTT, the little airplane version actro 24-4 with a V curve of 100 75 100 with the schulze 40-160 and 10s3p prolites , had just as much grunt as my 32-3s , YEH , my first flight of the year too , what a good way to start it off , I couldnt believe the 24-4 could tic toc so good , man Im hiped up , but for anyone wanting a VStabi , it is well worth the 500 bucks for the 2 axis , stock setting , and I can also state that over the winter I put in about 300 hours on the sim, G3 , and from last years flights and videos was nothing compared to this flight , I sure love the sim ,
