With all the cussin' I've heard about this company over the last three years, I'm a little surprised that there have been only three complaints filed with the BBB.

I tend to think the lack of filings is more a problem of either the buyer not knowing he could file a complaint, or just not wanting to "go to all the trouble".

I filed a complaint awhile ago that couldn't even be resolved by the credit card company. If you search just on their name they have more complaints under a different address which appears to be the same company and the records haven't matched. Both records have an F status though.
