| Here's the settings I use on my BCP/Optic6 setup (stock except for 3s lipo's, 8T motor, and DD tail). I have the 4-in-1 setup (propo and gain) so that the BCP flies ok with the oem Tx. That way I use my oem Tx as my baseline.
Ch1 (aileron) =Nor
Ch2 (elevator)=Rev
Ch3 (throttle)=Nor
Ch4 (rudder)=Nor
Ch5 (not used)=Nor
Ch6 (collective)=Rev
EPA's on Ch1, Ch2, Ch4 all 110. EPA Ch3 r/d=100 l/u=125
D/R all 100%
Exp -15 Ch1, -15 Ch2, -2 Ch4
T. Cut 0%
PMX1 On MAS Ch6, SLV Ch4 r/d=+65, l/u=+10
R->T On r/d=+1, l/u=-1
ThCv Normal 0, Inh, 75, Inh, 100
ThCv IdleUp1 100, 96, 90, 96, 100
ThCv IdleUp2 100, 100, 100, 100, 100
PtCv Normal 20, Inh, 45, Inh, 78
PtCv IdleUp1 5, 26, 45, 60, 78
PtCv IdleUp2 5, Inh, 50, Inh, 80
PtCv IdleUp3 0, Inh, 50, Inh, 80
RvMx All -20
Swash +90 Ch1, +90 Ch2, +42 Ch6
I play around with the Exp, PtCv and ThCv periodically, so they may be different later, but this is what I'm flying with now. I dropped my throttle curves a little bit in ID1 around center, but notice the red LED on the 4-in-1 stays lit all the time so I don't think it made much difference. It behaves just like all 100's because I don't think the stock 4-in-1 can "see" the difference between 100% and 90%.
I do all of my take-offs, flying, and landings in IdleUp1. I only use Normal to spool up and shut down. I haven't gotten into 3D, so I don't use IdleUp2. IdleUp3 is moderately irrelevant because the BCP won't do autorotations anyway. I put real numbers in everything so just in case I flip any switch the wrong way, the heli will still at least fly.
The only other thing different is that I added some programmable mixing (PMX1) so that right rudder is mixed in when I increase collective. That helps minimize the heli spinning to the left when I pump up-collective, and to the right with down-collective.
These settings work with my particular setup, but I wouldn't expect to just pick them up and plug them into another heli as is w/o some additional adjustments.
YMMV
