| I don't think that Revolution is interested in the world wide market at this stage, as little effort is made to establish a proper customer service in the overseas market except for Europe.
That is not necessary a bad thing for the company. They appear to have a large customer base in Europe and spatially the German speaking countries.
I do believe that their design is leading the market as it shows lots of innovative design features.
As I said, I was dead set of getting it, but the none existing feedback and poor customer support over here made this a none realistic choice.
They might not have a large enough factory at this stage to support such a large turnover while maintaining the same level of quality.
Not every company wants to play on the world wide market. |
