Century Hawk - Falcon - Raven - Predator > Falcon 46 SE (20th tank report)

My opinion on the Falcon 46 is as follows after 20 tanks of fuel.

I am extremely impressed with the smoothness of the helicopter. I have flown the Ergo 60 Sport for almost four years now and I enjoy the Falcon more. Compared to the Ergo the cyclic response is much smoother. Loops seem easier to make look pretty with the falcon. The power to weight ratio with the Falcon having an OS 46 and the Ergo having an OS61 WC is better in the Falcon. The Ergo is a heavy helicopter. I am running both helicopters with basic exhausts. JR Propo muffler on the Ergo and a CN3033B on the Falcon.
The Ergo 60 Sport does build easier than the Falcon. The Falcon requires careful parts fitting when building. The key areas I found needing attention were the tail rotor assembly which has been mentioned several times here. The plastic spacer inside the tail rotor hub needed to be shaved down. And the tail rotor bell crank needed to be messed with to be smooth and not binding. The tail rotor pushrod guide hole on the main frame was too small for the rod and had to be opened up. The main blade grips had screws that had to be dremeled down to prevent binding between the grips and the main rotor head.
After 20 tanks of fuel there have been no issues and the controls are still very tight.

Will report after another 20
