MILNEI Senior Heliman Location: Buckingham, England
| Received the Lama 2 (Christmas present for my son) and flew it last night.
All I can say is that it's fantastic
The KA-50 I had before was totally unflyable but this is a little beauty.
I agree with 34ford that the heading hold is a little poor, you need to keep bringing it back straight and the moment you alter the throttle then you need to compensate with some rudder again although I never needed full rudder, the trim was sufficient to keep it in generally the right direction.
Also, what is the best orientation for the battery and tray combo?
My Son's gonna love this, and I'll use it to practice nose-in during the winter.
Merry Christmas everyone........... |
