As the rules are changing for the 2006 I'm planning for some new equipment as well. I'm not very much into full bodies, so I'm very interested of the Stingray. I like the mechanics full covered but leaving the tail boom out is brilliant. Full fuselage is too much work when working with the mechanics.

Any idea if the Stingray will fit Robbe mechanics as I'm flying the Dyna-X?

Any thoughts and ideas would be nice. I tried to contact Len Sabato, but have not received any info yet.

Stingray

The stingray fuse is purpose designed around the JR Vigor CS. Having never seen the DynaX, I can't say if it would fit. Len has been vey busy lately and gets to his email as he has time. I expect you'll hear shortly.

Thanks Gordie. I've been doing some thinking and I guess it would fit pretty nicely on Dyna-X. It would be great to hear that before I'll order one though. I saw the Stingray bodies on Len' helicopters in Spain and they were really, really nice. The Dyna-X is basicly a Millennium II, but has single side frames like Futura and CS. If the dimensions are somewhat similar then it might fit.

I look forward getting some mail from Len.

Hello Jarno.

We have made moulds to make our own Super Gracy bodys for the sylphide.

Made this will fit you Dyna X. !!!!

Its to dark and cold for flying now, therefore we will make new bodys.

I would like to know the dimencions of the Stingray so that I can measure if it will fit the Dyna-X mechanics. Or I may have to scrap the idea of getting the body...

You might want to email him again. I had some problems getting to him myself so there may be an email problem. I emailed three times and he responded IMMEDIATELY to the third email but had no knowlege of the other two I sent.

Yuppee! I finally got through. Len had some angry monkey filter on his system and I was not able to get through

The system put my e-mails to junk instead. So if you have problems contacting Len, then just keep sending him e-mails. He will reply to you as soon as he sees your e-mail.

All I have to do now is measure carefully my mechanics and hope if the Stingray will fit over it.
