As far as I understand it's important to make opposite direction pirouette only in "V" part of hovering "M" (fig.3) All other pirouetts (and other maneuvers) can be performed in any derection
Is it correct?

"M"

Both pirouettes on the left side, up and down. must be in the same direction, and both pirouettes on the right side, both up and down, must be in the same direction but opposite to the left side. It does not matter which side pirouettes which way as long as they are opposites.
All other maneuvers can be either way except where changes of direction are concerned, like the vertical rectangle where the direction of the pirouette changes halfway up and the circle that changes direction at the top.
