Had one and sent it back. Wouldn't work right for me. Maybe for airplanes....

Pocket starter

I have used one for about two years . I really like the convience of its size and weight. The down side is since its light and a gear drive, it has less mass and will take more grip from your hand when you crank a large motor. Also, the damn hex tip isn't hard enough and lasts only a few months and cost about $17.00!!! Other people have had brittle cases that fatigue and crack. So far mine has not. I guess the bottom line is their convience, and for this you pay plenty.

I'm on my second season. Love it! I put a 3000ma bat in, and have started MANY big motors. When you get one, take it apart and clean the gears and grease them with good grease. Also, buy it from Miniature Air.
