if you knew me, I do dealings with people all over all the time. I have had the odd deal that you don't get what you expect but that is still not so bad. I am a security guard. Even being the supervisor, I still make diddly. I do the job because sometimes I can make a difference (I am proud we had 4 people caught in the act and arrested this month).

To steal from someone, I think comes in levels.
1. From the Govt
2. From a large corporation
3. From a small insured company
4. From an individual
5. From a friend
5. From Family

1. well we all know the govt gets us all so I won't go there.
2. Big business forgets the little guy and some justifications get made
3. Even a small theft hurts the small business, luckily they have insurance (though the premiums go up if they claim.)
4. when you burn an individual, they usually eat the loss
5. Steal from a friend and you deseve a leather enema
5. Crackheads steal from their family.

ok I am rambling, having a few beer with the family and I am tempted to buy a ticket to cali tonight lol

Sgt Chapman just sent me a copy of what was sent to Jeff... here it is...

I just got home, now I have to update the fbi file (the link above a few posts ago).

What I could also use is some detective help. If you see any similar stories of raptor 30's for sale from that part of cali on ebay, pass me the add. or write the seller. he will be using the same email (I searched the email and found it has a username)

in the letter to me, they would like to compile more info on other transactions. If I can prove he is selling or has sold the heli then fraud charges will be even easier to press, not to mention increasing the dollar value of what he can be charged for. if he has actually bilked a couple more people and goes over the $3000 mark, it goes to the next level

hang on guys, this is just the legal system at work. and there are the other departments to get involved still. I really need help just finding more info now. info is ammo.

conflict resolution.... each step is increased in level of intensity. I am a very patient person, to a point lol, but I have a few more tricks to follow up with...... I am saving those for 2006.

I have since picked up 2 helis so am flying again, well traded a lot of ground stuff for the hawk, radio etc, and just bought myself a new christmas t rex.... I have diddly for cars and trucks now... babbling again... kinda giddy over this. only 4 hrs slepp before a 12 hr shift and I was in a great mood all night

Well it doesn't look good guys

The FBI gave him an ultimatum, and he never followed through. So now that time has passed and he is laughing at all of us. The legal system has failed yet again..

I am now offering a bounty on this guy. anybody can help me collect this, money or heli, or anything to get something for my loss. I will pay to see retribution now... I'd rather pay someone the whole cost of the heli, hell if you can get it from him, just keep it.... it won't be theft since I own it....

anybody? your choice. I'll even buy it from the person that settles this for me. otherwise I am going to make a trip down there in about 2 months and will take my own justice.... screw the legal system now

ya ok when I find out how to file small claims I will try that first, just choked as I read another letter from the FBI... I'd still hire a collection agent though if you know any freelance people that can help in this matter.

what I mean is I will utilize any means at my disposal now. private is fine. any help you can provide to possible contacts in this regard would be appreciated.

Have you tried Small claims court.

I know it sounds insignificant,but my uncle once sued a guy in SCC over non-payment of rental property and although you may not get the money now,you can put a lean on any other transactions he has in the future,as he will have to satisfy the lean before he makes any substansial loans,etc. The court can have a officer go to his property and start taking items that belong to him that will pay off the suit,and from what I hear they will take more than you might think because they sell at auction prices.

Could'nt hurt to check it out. Make it become a part of his record forever. I have no simpathy for thieves.

i have a similar problem down here in austrlaia but its a business transaction.
if my legal procedings fail there is always another way.

private large strong and armed debt collection !

try the bikes gangs they are always willing to collect for a small percentage and dont mind inflickting a few minor damages on the way if needed.

it truly upsets me to have to go to these lengths to get what you are truly owed but some people truly need to feel and understand what it is to owe something and have to pay it.

i bet you these guys have credit cards all maxed out too and are being chased for that also.
