Why don't boobs come with Schroder valves in the nipples. Would be much simpler than using silicone implants and maintenance requires no more than a humble bicycle pump. Equally, other inflatables may easily be accomodated to suit. Bulbous butts, flappy flups or even those other spectacular bits that shouldn't be mentioned on this forum.
