| Since some of the Raptor fans have popped in here and voiced their discontent with the fact that Audacity ads show up at the top of their forum I thought I'd shed some informed light on the matter.
I inquired with Mark and the ads are not on a random rotation with other advertisers in the Thunder Tiger forum. Audacity essentially sponsored the advertising space in the Thunder Tiger forum. So their ads rotate every time you refresh the page. Makes sense from a marketing perspective.
Mark said it's not random and that some forums have sponsors and others do not.
In the advertiser's list Thunder Tiger nor ACE Distributors are advertisers/sponsors of this website. (link is at the bottom of each page)
So, it's not Mark's or Audacity's fault that the Raptor owners have no direct manufacturer support or sponsorship on this site.
Come to think of it, I don't think TT/ACE advertise on Helifreak either.
Oh well, I go with Audacity... at least John speaks English, I don't have to wait to goto a funfly to talk to a team pilot and I don't have to go through hoops calling ACE distribution or Thunder Tiger (which I think is based in Japan anyway) to get support or product info.
With Audacity, it's even easier, they call me lol
