can anyone tell me if the Avant will also accommodate a 60 sized engine, or is it strictly a 90 sized machine ?

I have asked Augusto himself about this as I considered converting my Freya 61 to Avant. He said it's no problem at all. Avant will accommodate the necessary gearing for 61 size engine. Any gearing that will work in a Freya (main-pinion gear combination) will work in the Avant as per Augusto.

Is the Avant kit enough, or do I have to buy a Freya, too? If so, what can I expect to pay for this complete model, apart from engine, blades and electronics ?

Need to purchase a donor Freya. I have a nice one for sale, check the classified section. Or you may want to buy a Freya Evo and Avant EFX.
