Binding?

Are you talking about the ball link hitting the head??? If so there is a fix......don't quote me,but I think there is a pic on Rick's site where you "grind" a bit of material away from the bottom of the head to clear the link, I have done this to my CS's head and my R22's as well. If you are asking about another area maybe someone else can shed some light......

cyclic pitch

I can only get 5 degree of cyclic pitch . If i set it more than 6 it will bind at top collective pitch.

Check this...

My guess is that you don't have the collective pitch on your radio at zero degrees when you are putting the servo horns on the servos.

Make sure that when you are putting the servo horns on the servos ONLY when your stick is at half throttle on your radio. Does this help?
