I know the Extreme flies great, but what an absolute nightmare to fix. I wouldnt judge the Synergy untill you have flown one. I know i wont decide untill i fly one. So, what if it has a lot of plastic, so does the Raptor series and for the money is hard to beat. The parts count on the Synergy is i think an incredible 260. I think the parts count alone would make this machine a dream to fix, as well as setting it up. The extreme is expensive and takes a week to fix from a crash. Simplicity can be sweet, so lets try one before we cut it down.

And this is in response to...........?

Huh? Ya got me here. I guess it could take a week to repair a model, but since I can build and entire Extreme from open the box to ready for radio setup with linkages installed but not adjusted in about 10 hrs, I would assume you mean working a little every night.
I haven't seen anything but pictures of the Synergy so cannot comment on it's performance but would assume it to be fine, but since there aren't available to test, I'll wait and see when they are released. I have owned Extremes and now the Stratus and know they work well.

On a dog sled team, if you're not the lead dog, the view never changes.
